Trying to break into real estate investing but not sure where to start? I run a small off-market acquisition group that buys houses, small apartments, and land directly from owners. I’m looking for one motivated person who wants hands-on experience learning how to find opportunities and complete their first investment deal.
This is not a salaried job.
It’s a training and partnership opportunity where you learn acquisitions, negotiation, seller financing, deal evaluation, and how to source off-market properties.
